Saturday Morning Appointments are now available at the Boulevard!

We can also offer patients appointments in the evening, weekends and Bank Holidays at our Local Hub based at Spring Hall Medical Practice (Near Asda) and Rosegarth also offer early Morning appointments.  Please ask for one of these appointments if they are more convenient for you.  

West Yorkshire and Harrogate Healthy Hearts call for Feedback

 ‘The first phase of the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Healthy Hearts project went live at the beginning of April. Phase one seeks to tackle Hypertension through the provision of clinical searches, treatment guidance and an implementation resource to local GP practices, enabling them to identify and treat patients who may be hypertensive but not yet on a disease register, and those who need to have their blood pressure more tightly controlled.

With phase two set to begin in the autumn the Healthy Hearts project team are looking for feedback, from anyone in West Yorkshire and Harrogate, about their proposed work to identify and treat – at scale – patients whose LDL cholesterol levels may be better controlled through switching to a high intensity statin, and also initiating a statin in those patients at risk of developing CVD.
