You can let us know what you think of our services via the friends and family test which is currently available on here on the home page – click on the right hand side “Friends and Family Test”. You can also complete a paper version in the practice if you prefer. We also have a “comments book” on our reception desk that you are welcome to write in.The NHS Choices website also has a review page if you want to put something on there.  We are more than happy to take action where we can to improve our service and the experience for our patients and we are absolutely delighted when we receive praise!
