A message from the Patient Participation Group (PPG): Becoming an Active Practice

Sport England have teamed up with the Royal College of GPs(RCGP) to launch the Active Practice Charter that inspires and
celebrates GP practices that are taking steps to increase activity in their patients and staff. We are pleased to announce that The Boulevard Medical Practice is making steps to achieve Active Practice status.

This work is being undertaken as part of our Action Plan in our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meetings.
